Shipping options available for the delivery of Your plants are as follows:
ESTONIA
1. Pick up at the store. Free of charge.
Since Summer & Palms store does not have opening hours, we need to agree on the time when You can come to pick up Your order. Please contact me for the address after You’ve placed an order and would like to use this option.
2. Delivery to Your door, 5 eur.
NB! This option is only available within Tallinn. Delivery to Your door will usually take place during evening hours and at a time agreed with You beforehand. I am unable to deliver before 2pm in the afternoon.
Please contact me to agree on the time of delivery.
3. Delivery to Itella Smartpost, Omniva, or DPD lockers. 5 eur flat fee independent of the size of the package.
This is a convenient and straightforward way to deliver Your order allowing You to pick up the plants at a place closest to You and at a time of Your own choosing. You need to provide Your phone number and/or email address in order to receive the pickup code for Your package. Itella is a carrier of preference for sending out plants, and if You have their lockers nearby, You should always choose Itella. Their lockers are indoors and provide a more stable climate for live plants. Even in the summer time, when the temperature outside is warm and plants can spend a night outside in those conditions, metal lockers in the full Sun during summer months could cook the plants inside. I will not be held responsible for the damage done by shipping carriers, or choice of wrong carrier for the weather conditions.
NB! I do not send out plants by Omniva or DPD when outside temperatures are below 5º C during any point in the delivery. Only Itella Smartpost can be used in those circumstances.
4. Door to door courier by Itella. .... eur depending on the size of the package. You need to provide Your phone number in order to be able to have the courier contact You for delivery.
HANDLING FEES
In general, I do not charge handling fees for packaging and delivering plants.
LATVIA AND LITHUANIA
Your orders will be sent by Itella Smartpost for a flat fee of 8 eur independent of the size of the package.
FINLAND
Your orders will be sent out by ..... for a flat fee of ... eur independent of the size of the package.
